Cannot send automatic SOA using workflow for customers not as defined as Primary
Hi
We want to send Statement of Account to customers automatically using workflow.
I used answer ID 104373 and I am able to send the SOA automatically for a customer.
However I am encountering issue for customers orginally defined for e.g. subsidiary @A and also assigned to subsidiary B.
I need to send Statement to customers of B via workflow; however workflow is sending statement to customers for subsidary A even though customer has balance in subsidiary B also.
My saved search used in sending the statement selects the customers in Subsidiary B, but only few customers selected in the search has the subsidairy B as primary subsidiary, most are assigned to subsidiary B afterwards.
