Remove Approve/Reject Buttons from Workflow Emails

We want to remove the approve/reject buttons from all of our workflow emails. How can we do that? We want the users to be notified but not approve via email as we have multiple approvers and found if one person approves via the email there is a small delay and if the second approver approves in the application, we have to delete the PO or vendor bill and start over. Just want to remove the capability of email approvals.
