"From:" email address not the one of the user sending the email

Dear all,

Could you please explain from where the email address is taking when sending an email through "Actions"?

For example, the below email was sent through an Invoice, by navigating to Actions > Email. But, the "From:" has wrong email number as the User (Emp0000004) has different email from the one the the parenthesis below:
