Email Alert When Backordered Item is Back in Stock

Is there a way in NetSuite to trigger an email when a backordered item is back in stock. For instance, lets say we have a partially fulfilled sales order and we want to know when the backordered item is back in stock so we can continue to fulfill the order. Is there a way to do that?
