Rearrange Summary Box Layout on Sales Orders/Invoices

Is there a way to re-arrange the Summary box layout on Sales Orders / Invoices?

I have tried to do this by customising the form, fields etc.

Currently it displays like the below; I want to change it so it lists the subtotal, shipping cost then discount item, tax & TOTAL.

At a minimum I would like to move the shipping cost above the tax line.
