Cannot submit support case – "Search config record failed. Error: [object Object]"
Hello,
We are encountering an error when attempting to submit a support case using the form at:
https://nlcorp.app.netsuite.com/app/crm/support/supportcase.nl
After filling in all required fields (Subject, Support Product Area, Support Feature, etc.), clicking Submit or Submit & Close Case results in the following popup error message:
"Search config record failed. Error: [object Object]"
We have tried refreshing the page, changing browsers, and even logging in with different users, but the issue persists.
Could you please clarify:
- What is causing this error?
- Is this a configuration issue on our account, or a platform-level bug?
