Quality Inspection Detail not Showing Tablet

We have created the Adhoc inspection which is triggered and showing on Tablet but it's not displaying the inspection in detail to record the actual data whereas inspection in detail is visible to record the data when we create it against any transaction document i.e. Item Receipt, Work Order etc. We have checked it with Quality roles and Administrative roles. Anyone can tell what can be the possible workaround.
