Since Tuesday of this week, our NetSuite home page will not update. We've tried everything!

Since tuesday I got word that custom tags we used for home page content were not updating the home page. Have worked great for the last four years. But no longer. Today is 21 nov 2025.

All this week I've tried everything I could to have the home page update. After 22 years of working only in SiteBuilder, I know a bit.

Some of what was tried: in Web Site Setup… set a new html home page, set a tab as a home page, manually editing the home page, removing the custom tag from the home page that doesn't update and hardcode that content, set a new theme; plus a few more things I can't remember just now.
