Sales Order Form Switch Workflow - Redisplay Location
We have a workflow associated with our Sales Orders that looks at a custom field on the customer. If the customer is set to display discount, the sales order form is set to the show discount form rather than the standard custom form.
Problem is the the customer location which shows on the standard form does not re-populate on the show discount form.
I added a before submit action that loads the customer primary location with the conditions: customer show discount = T and customer primary location is empty and this works.
My questions are:
- Is this the best place to put this action, where else could I put it that would work?
