We have training classes every week where there are between two to ten new employees. HR adds the employees to NetSuite and then our IT team adds access and sets a temporary password for each user. The user logs on for the first tmeand is required to change their password.

This morning, four out of seven users received a 'compromised password error' when they attempted to change their password - and these folks are first-time NetSuite users.

Could someone shed some light on this issue? It's a big distraction when over half the class is having difficulty with their very first NetSuite experience.
