Notification "An Unexpected Error has occured" when viewing CSV import status
Hi Team,
I encountered an issue while uploading CSV files into the NetSuite account. After running the import and accessing the CSV Import Status menu, the status displayed “An Unexpected Error has occurred”, and no CSV response file was generated.
When I attempted to upload the same file again, the system indicated “0 of 1 records successfully uploaded”, and the CSV response file stated that the record already exists. Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference.
Could you kindly help acknowledge this issue and advise on the root cause and the appropriate resolution steps? Thank you
