Supply Chain question SuiteAnswers 68349 and 75847 are not working.

I need to create an Item Report to show Items that have a Zero or NULL value in the Price Level internal ID = 24 and under the AUD currency Tab with Qty 0 column.

I have tried the multiple suite answer and formula but its not working. I need to show the Null values in the report since this report will be needed in the automation of the calculation of price level for the said internal ID.

Please help create a formula to show the items with null value. Case 6722474 already logged but rep are not helping. Thank you!
