SCA - How do I block a customer from a particular Commerce Category?

On our webstore, one of our customers wants to block its users from seeing the Personal Protective Equipment Commerce Category as they have a deal already with another supplier for PPE.

Is there a way I can block this particular Commerce Category from the customer?

Commerce categories are only set to display in the website if they have at least one item, so blocking the items contained in the PPE category could also be a way of achieving this for the customer but I'm not sure how I would block the items from them either.
