Prompt Studio / Text Enhance "Sparkle" Icon Missing on Custom Records

Hi Everyone,

I am attempting to use Prompt Studio and the Text Enhance AI to populate technical specifications on a Custom Record type named "Servers" based on an Item SKU field.

The Setup:

  • Role: Administrator.
  • Prompt Studio: Custom prompt created, targeting the "Servers" custom record. Status is Active (not inactive).
  • Target Field: custrecordi_processor_frequency_155_0 (Type: Free-Form Text).
  • AI Preferences: "Enable Text Enhance" is checked globally, and usage logs show successful activity this month.
  • Verification: The "Sparkle" icon DOES appear on standard records (e.g., Inventory Item > Sales Description) and works perfectly.
