Why does Netsuite Connector keeps adjusting inventory back to 0 but correct fields are mapped?
Img 1. - Based on the product mappings in the connector the correct fields are being mapped, and sent over to shopify. But for some reason, when the inventory only displays the correct value in our shopify store when the product is scheduled to post - Img 2.
Once the product is successfully posted to Shopify, the NetSuite Connector immediately adjusts the inventory back to zero, and this loop continues repeatedly.
After reviewing the inventory adjustments directly in Shopify, I confirmed that the inventory updates setting the quantity to 0 are coming from the NetSuite Connector itself.
The inventory in both NetSuite and the connector is showing correctly and is not actually 0. The connector temporarily pushes the correct inventory value to Shopify, but shortly after, another sync/update from the connector resets it back to 0.
