How long did it take to train your employees when you switched to NetSuite?

We are switching to NetSuite this year after using the same system for 40 years. It is all many of our employees know how to use. Our implementation team has provided a timeline for how long it will take our employees to be ready to fully switch over to NetSuite. It seems too short and overly optimistic.

I am looking for advice and information from people whose companies successfully switched over to NetSuite to share how long the training took for their team to get everyone as comfortable as anyone can be when switching to a new system. If it didn't go smoothly for you, what timeline would you have wished for?
