Hey all, I've been tasked with overhauling our SuiteCommerce website which has gone stale after a consultant deployed this for us years ago, and unfortunately with not much of an eye towards SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
I'm going through a large list of crawl errors that are resulting in 404 errors and writing some redirect mappings for these to resolve the issue. I see that SuiteCommerce's built in Web Site Redirect record (Commerce > Hosting > Redirects) creates 301 (permanant) redirects. However I have a couple of use cases where the redirect is only temporary and would like to do a 302 (temporary) redirect instead.
Has anyone found a way to achieve a 302 redirect with SuiteCommerce? I'd love to hear your ideas!
I miss being able to just do this in .htaccess or web.config 😂
