It has come to our attention that some eligible certification holders may not have received our previous communication regarding the 2025 New Release Quiz (NRQ). To ensure all eligible candidates have an opportunity to renew their certification, we are resending this information:

The NetSuite Certification team is actively developing a revamped recertification program in MyLearn, scheduled to launch in August. In the meantime, eligible candidates who have not yet completed the required 2025 New Release Quiz (NRQ) may still do so during this transition period to renew their certifications.

We're pleased to inform you that you have one or more certifications that are eligible for renewal!

But when I checked my eligibility, it has a payment of $50 USD, since this was not sent to all, not to my email used in CertView, can I request for the exam renewal to be waived?
