I'm running into a very curious situation. We are looking now at making classes mandatory in accounting preferences and we started looking at item fulfillments.
If I go into an item fulfillment now, it does not show the entire Classification section:
If I go into customize form, I see that the classification section should be displayed and that the fields are meant to be shown in the body of the record.
If I move another field, say from Primary Information to Classification, that field then appears in the form with the appropriate sub-heading, but the other fields still don't appear.
Talking with GPT, it then lead me to look at the Netsuite Schema Browser and turns out that class and department are not in the schema.
My question here is, how come it does not show up in the schema, and if it indeed is not part of the record, how come I have it in my form? Is this a bug?
