An unexpected error has occurred when importing non inventory item
Hi Teams, I encountered an issue when importing non-inventory items for resale into NetSuite. The csv response only stated "An unexpected error has occurred" with no further explanation. Has anybody encountered the same issue, and what is the root cause of this issue? Thank you

Track inventory item at warehouse until transferred to store as non-inventory item
We have a number of "supply" items that we purchase and hold at our warehouse, the items then can transferred to the stores for use (i.e. paper plates). Is there a method in Netsuite to have the item as inventory in one location and then expenses / charged to the store (and not tracked as inventory) Thanks

Can I add in the same sales order a inventory item and a non-inventory item?
I created a non-inventory shipping item and also a non-inventory insurance item. I need to charge it to some of my customers, but since the sales order has inventory items included, it does not allow me to add any of those non-inventory items. Is this possible? If not, any other way to do it? Thanks!
