SuiteAnswersの記事「SuiteIdeasに移動する手順(Answer Id:30288)」は、「NetSuiteアカウントセンター」ポートレットへのアクセスを必要とするSuiteIdeasにユーザーが移動する方法を示しています。
SuiteAnswersの記事「NetSuiteアカウントセンターへのアクセス(回答ID:10038)」には、「NetSuiteアカウントセンター」にアクセスする必要があるユーザーのそれぞれの従業員レコードに次のロールが必要であると記載されています。
- NetSuiteサポートセンター
- NetSuiteサポートセンター(基本)
ユーザーに上記の権限がない場合、NetSuiteアカウントセンターポートレットは次の注意を表示します。
【権限が足りません。このポートレットを使用するために十分な権限がありません。】
解決策
管理者がTSTDRVアカウント内の従業員レコードにNetSuiteサポートセンターとNetSuiteサポートセンター(基本)のロールを付与した場合でも、これはテストアカウントにすぎないため、システムはライブNetSuiteアカウントセンターへのアクセスを許可しません。 (例:TSTDRVはLive NetSuiteアカウントセンターにアクセスするように設計されていないため、実際の請求書はTSTDRV内で表示できません。
これはSuiteIdeasでも同じです。ユーザーがNetSuiteサポートセンターとNetSuiteサポートセンター(基本)のロールを持っていない場合、システムプロンプトは次のようになります。
これは、ユーザーがTSTDRVアカウントを介して改善機能を送信したり、改善機能に投票したりすることも許可されていない現在の設計です。したがって、ユーザーがSuiteIdeasにアクセスする必要がある場合は、本番環境を使用するのが最適です。
