受信した確認メールにキャンペーンがすべての受信者に正常に送信されたと記載されているが、統計では未だに低い応答率が示されている場合、ユーザーは次の保存検索設定を利用してキューのステータスを確認できます。
解決策
- 「リスト」>「検索」>「保存検索」>「新規作成」に移動する
- 「キャンペーン」を押下する
- 「条件」を押下する
- 「標準」を押下する
- フィルター:
- 「キャンペーンID」を選択
- キャンペーンID: キャンペーンレコードのIDを選択
- 「設定」を押下
- 「キャンペーンID」を選択
- 「結果」を押下する
- 「列」を押下する
- フィールド:
要点:必要なフィールドはドロップダウンメニューを使用して選択と調整後、必要に応じて「追加」を押下します。- 「キャンペーンID」を選択

要点:確認メールがまだ受信されておらず、送信されたメールの数が遅く更新される場合は、キャンペーンメールの配信可能性に影響を与える可能性があるため、キャンペーンメールドメインとドメインキー識別メール(DKIM)の設定を確認する必要があります。
