アカウントの管理者は、2018.2で利用可能になった新しいオプション新規アクセス通知メールの送信を使用して、ユーザーのパスワードをリセットしようとしています。
解決策
- リスト>従業員>従業員に移動
- ユーザー名の横にある編集をクリック
- アクセスタブをクリック
- 以下のチェックボックスにチェックを入れます:
- アクセスを許可する
- 新規アクセス通知メールの送信
- 次回ログイン時にパスワード変更を要求する
実際の結果: 新しいオプションは新規ユーザー専用であるため、ユーザーは電子メール通知を受け取りません。
注:新規アクセスのプロビジョニングでは、ユーザーパスワードを手動で割り当てる代わりに、パスワード設定URL付きの新規アクセス通知メールを送信することを検討してください。
既存のユーザーについては、パスワードを手動で割り当てることをお勧めします。そうしないと、ユーザーはリセットの前に古いパスワードを入力する必要があります。
結果:
ユーザーはログインしてパスワードを変更できます。
