「従業員を連絡先として表示」(「設定」>「会社」>「一般設定」)の設定が有効になっている場合、保存検索で顧客(会社)にリンクされている従業員を連絡先として表示できます。
解決策
- 「リスト」>「検索」>「保存検索」>「新規作成」に移動する。
- 「顧客」を押下する。
- 「条件」タブ>「標準」サブタブを押下する。
- フィルター: 「連絡先フィールド」
- 連絡先 フィルター = Email
- Email = 「含む」で「netsuite.com」
- 「設定」を押下
- 連絡先フィールド
- 連絡先フィールド = 名前
