シナリオ

アドバンスパートナーセンター(APC)ロールを使用してダッシュボードリンクをカスタマイズします。

解決策

I.フルの検索を公開限を持つカスタムAPCロールを作成します。

  1. 設定>ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理に移動します
  2. ドバンスパートナーセンターのロール:カスタマイズをクリックします
  3. 許可タブ> 設定サブタブ　
    ○　許可:　公開ダッシュボード　　
    ○　水準:フル
  4. 保存をクリックします
  5. このロールをパートナーレコードに追加します

注:ユーザー/管理者にパートナーレコードがない場合は、リスト> 関係> パートナー> 新規作成で新しいレコードを作成します。

II.パートナーレコードを編集する

  1. システム情報タブ> アクセスサブタブをクリックします
  2. アクセス付与ボックス= T
  3. 作成したカスタムAPCロールを選択します
  4. 保存

III. カスタムAPCロールを使用してNetSuiteにログインします

  1. ホームダッシュボード> 設定ポートレットでダッシュボードを公開をクリックします
  2. ダッシュボードの新しい名前を入力します
  3. ロールに適用で、ロール = アドバンスパートナーセンターを設定します
  4. タブに適用タブをクリックします
  5. ホームの適用ボックスをオンにしました
  6. モード=ロック済みを選択します
  7. 既存のユーザーの設定を上書きする= T
  8. 保存をクリックします

注意:APCロールを持つユーザーがNetSuiteにログインすると、ダッシュボードのパーソナライズリンクは表示されなくなります。
