顧客は、ビューをカスタマイズボタンを顧客レコードに表示させない方法を知りたいです。組織全体で使用されるビューがあり、統一されたデフォルトビューが必要です。
解決策
- 設定>ユーザー/ロール>ロール管理に移動
- ロール:編集をクリック
- 検索をクリック
- 標準をクリック
- 種類:メッセージを選択
- サブリストビュー:検索を選択
注:検索は、サブリストビューとして利用可能マークする必要があります。 - 制限有り:チェックマークを入力
- 追加をクリック
- 保存をクリック
注:これは、表示を制限するすべてのロールとレコードのユーザーに対して実行する必要があります。この例では、すべてのメッセージサブリストからボタンを削除します(例:顧客の下のコミュニケーションサブタブから)
顧客がリストビューも制限したい場合、ユーザーは検索をリストビューでも利用できるようにし、手順4で見つかった列リストビューの下に追加できます。
