解決策
- 管理者ロールとしてログイン
- 設定> ユーザー/ロール> ロール管理をクリックします
- カスタムロール:編集をクリックします
- 許可タブ> トランザクションサブタブをクリックします
- 許可:見積を追加
- 水準= 編集またはフルを選択します
- 保存をクリックします
