HI @aisaadaniya Try these Suiteanswer articles: 72699 66763 If they can’t help resolve I suggest opening a support case.

Hey @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Any other suggestions you may have?
-
Hi @Dominica Sevilla-Oracle Yes I tried Summary Type = Maximum on the User Notes : Memo field. Also had sorting by User Notes Date. I also tried Formula (Text): max({usernotes.note}) keep(dense_rank last order by {usernotes.notedate}) with Summary Type = Maximum. In both instances the amounts have been duplicated by the…

Thanks @CRATIV_Jason Would you be able to send me screenshots of the item and inventory detail on the item fulfilment and the invoice transactions? Kindly remove any sensitive information. Primarily I would like to view the item and inventory detail ok both those transactions.
-
Hi If I understand you correctly you create sales orders then a linked item fulfilment where you do the inventory detail and that process stops there. Separately you then create an invoice with the same inventory item used on your unlinked item fulfilment. If that is correct, can you confirm if you configured inventory…
-
Hi @CRATIV_Jason I imagine to be able to create the invoice you have you would have been forced to enter inventory detail of the line item? So the same inventory detail must be configured.
-
I'll let a script person pick up on this.
-
Umm, both induction and off boarding records are child records of the employee record?
-
Hi @Paul Salkeld What is the script trying to do? If it is updating employee records and you're using a non-administrator role then you can't edit an employee record that has an administrator role. The only workaround would be to update the records using an administrator role.
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA The only way forward I see are: Check system notes if the Memo field has not been tracked as suggested before. Surely the script is making the updated after record creation. Create a custom transaction body field that your script updates (check the field to True) when it updates Memo. Then you can…
-
Hi @RobSpector Reading your requirement am I correct that you want to see items with no activity? Or no activity but has stock adjustments? If yI am correct on the first statement then you just need thew following steps: New saved search. Type = Item Criteria: Transaction fields> Type = None Results: Set any fields you…

I would advise to check your licence contract or speak to your NetSuite account executive for guidance.
-
Hi @Liz Madrid if you have a OneWorld account you can do that by adding the second company as a subsidiary. please see suiteanswer ID: 9853
-
Hi @User_E15G4 What @User_ZCWF3 mentioned is partly correct. I setup a config and tested it in my sandbox. It worked as I received an email alert for creation of an invoice, but nothing when I updated one fo the invoice fields and saved the record. Try the following and test it out. Criteria subtab: Type = Sales Order…

Hi @Joy Noreen Magoling-Oracle Had a scenario where the Expected Ship Date worked correctly with Supply Allocaiton enabled and this was set to the PO allocated to the SO. But if a user edited the PO Expected Receipt Date, the SO Expected Ship Date did not follow the change, instead it changed to the Supply Required By…
-
Hi @User_E15G4 Can you please share screenshots of how you setup your saved search?
-
Hi @User_PXBHB I think the Vendor Prepayments feature might work well for your use case. see more details at: https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/100069/loc/en_US

Hi @manuelsaomartinho I used HSBC but with U.K. payments. What is your actual query so someone in the community can help you move forward?
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA The idea from GauravAgrawal looks good. Let us know how you get on. If you really want to use transaction saved search then I am sure you can use the System Notes fields to look at Memo field and Old Value = Amortization. Since you said the script changes it I am thinking you can see the changes in…
-
Thanks for confirming @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle I thought it would be the case but couldn't confirm in suite answers.
-
Unfortunately I haven't used any of those three. But found the following article, hope it helps! https://www.youredi.com/blog/15-awesome-data-integration-vendors

Hi @User_NG5TG I am assuming your status is being tracked in the system notes so we will try to use that. Open an Opportunity saved search. Add a search title as needed. Go to Criteria> Standard subtab. Select: System Notes fields> New Value = is Proposal Issued. Go to Results subtab. Select Remove all. Select: Document…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA You can try the below steps. Go to: New search> Type = Transaction Enter required search title. Under Criteria> Standard set the following: Type: select Journal Memo: select Contains = Amortization Destination Save your search. You can also refer to SuiteAnswer ID 34499.
-
Hi @User_5MUAE Thank for that info. If you have config that prevents it then I would check what it is and then start from there as to how you can workaround. I've had this situation with Israeli localisation forms where the edit option is removed once the transaction has been printed. Other localisation features can…
-
Hi @User_5MUAE Can you elaborate what you mean that 'there is no option to apply'? Is it an Apply button you're missing? Any screenshots to illustrate your observations would be greatly appreciated. In my sandbox I am able to apply a bill from a closed period via two ways: Via Bill Credit: Open bill credit in edit view. Go…
-
Hi @Benjamin Paul - USA That is correct.
-
Create Transaction Saved Search 1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New 2. Click Transaction 3. Search Title: Enter Title Eg: Custom Related Records 4. Available as Sublist View: True 5. Filter: Select Main Line, Click True 6. Filter: Select Type = Bill, Bill Credit, Purchase Order, Item Receipt 7.…

Hi @User_75YL8 Don't worry you're on the right path. I'll re-paste the steps edited to reflect your entity record. I'll post shortly.
-
Hi @User_75YL8 I'm not clear which part you're stuck. Steps 3 is Hide the Original Related Record Sublist. Am I correct this is where you're stuck? NB: Step 2.3 Tab: Related Records> You will not see Related records on the vendor form so you can select any tab that suits your need to add the sublist to.
-
Hi @User_75YL8 The vendor form typically doesn't have the Related Records tab. Related transactions can be viewed by following: Financial subtab> Transactions subtab. Optionally, you can create a custom subtab and sublist: If so I suggest you follow the following: Create a Customised related Records Sublist
