Hi, Yes, I have. The issue with this option is the created journal posts all the previous Planned Periods to the period which is scheduled. But I want each planned period has its own journal. Thanks for the support.

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle Thanks for your support. Please see attached the RevRec Rule. My customer doesn't want to manually create the RevRec Journals through "Create Revenue Recognition Journal Entry Page". We want to find a way to get the RevRec journals created automatically as per the Planned Period.

Hi @Angela Bayliss Thanks for your feedback. They use a scheduled mass update available from Lists > Mass Update > Mass Updates > Transactions > Bulk Email. Therefore the system initiates the emails. However, the mass update has an owner. How can we tell who is the emails' sender? Thanks

Hi, Here's the solution: Home > Set Preferences > Transactions > Transaction Email Attachment Format > select PDF > Save.

Thanks, The issue is not to do with the Email Template. It's to do with Email Message Template. Thanks for your assistance anyway. I beleive this is a defect as it works as epected using the Admin role but not the custom role. Regards
