Hi @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle Thanks! However, why does this only happen to one item line, whereas there are other lines with the same setup? Also, there are three lines for that specific item in this RA with the same revrec rules, and all were recognized but only one is logged as unplanned in the report.

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle, the Customer is still active while both the invoice and credit memo don't have location and department. I would like to mention that again this invoice is an invoice for billable expense, if that matters. Thanks!

Hi @Tigran Shahnazaryan thanks! But I found the reason and I believe it is because the SOs, WOs, TOs are not defaulted to commit in the Accounting Preferences. Users need to manually commit items in transactions and while they are uncommitted they are included in the back ordered items.

I tried running a transaction search using the System Notes fields criteria (journals created via UI), but the journals don’t have system notes. Also, some of these fields are found in the item record. If this can't be achieved by a report, can it be done using a saved search or anlytics > workbook?

@Clarisa De Torres-Oracle How to check if the revenue of the standalone invoice is recognized? Will there be a Revenue Recognition Journal Entry in the invoice's related records? If so, the invoice's related record is only a payment and nothing else.

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle , the amount of the invoice is correct which is 150 and there were no indications that it was changed. Also, how can I change the Billed 300 to 150 so that the unplanned deferred revenue for this RA will be removed? This RA is completely recognized already.

If that's the case, I feel like the most probable reason is that it was detached since the file's description is it is added via drag and drop. I am not sure tho if the file drag and drop is only applicable on records or if users can drag and drop in uploading directly to the cabinet.

To those who might have the same issue, we resolved this by enabling the Recalculate Snapshot On Inventory Count Reject preference.

Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle thank you but we've actually already sorted this out. We added 'Applied To Link Type is Order Bill/Invoice' in the criteria, after which the summary amounts were correct and no longer doubled.
