Escenario
Una vez configurados correctamente todos los requisitos para Advanced Cash Drawer Management, al intentar abrir el turno en SCIS, al seleccionar una impresora no se muestra la caja registradora. Esto puede deberse a una discrepancia en el nombre de impresora/registro en el registro de caja registradora SCIS. Al borrar el nombre, SCIS debe encontrar las impresoras/cajas disponibles.
Solución
- Vaya a Comercio > InStore > Cajas registradoras (Cash Drawers)
- Registro de caja registradora requerida: haga clic en Editar
- Ubicación de registro: seleccione la ubicación correcta
