Escenario
Puede que haya oacasiones en las que no pueda encontrar ningún registro de pago de cliente vinculado a una factura generada a partir de la aplicación SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS).
Una posible causa de esto es que otro usuario cambió el campo de cliente por otro cliente. Esto se puede verificar si abre la pestaña Información del Sistema del registro de facturas afectado. Cuando esto ocurra, el registro de pago del cliente se separará del registro de factura, ya que hubo un cambio en el registro del cliente. Esto resulta en que el registro de factura tiene un estado de documento definido en "Abrir" desde "Pagado en su Totalidad".
