Solución
El rol debe tener el permiso Tipos de transacción personalizados con nivel completo.
- Vaya a Configuración > Usuarios/roles > Gestionar rol.
- Rol: haga clic en Editar
- Haga clic en Permisos
- Haga clic en Configuración
