Cómo presentar una reclamación de SLC
Si cree que puede calificar para un crédito de SLC, utilice estas instrucciones para enviar una reclamación de crédito de compromiso de nivel de servicio (SLC).
Para enviar su solicitud de crédito de servicio, envíe un correo electrónico a billing@netsuite.com con la siguiente información:
Nombre de la empresa y número de cuenta
Período para el que busca crédito
Nombre y rol del remitente
Para ser considerada válida, cualquier solicitud de crédito de servicio se debe enviar a la dirección de correo electrónico anterior dentro del plazo especificado en el documento de SLC, y Oracle debe confirmar la recepción de la solicitud.
