Escenario
Los usuarios tienen la opción de crear una factura (o otra transacción) y seleccionar Guardar y enviar cuando necesiten mandar por correo la transacción a los clientes. La Plantilla de Correo Electrónico de Transacción está almacenada en NetSuite y actualmente no se puede personalizar. Sin embargo, los usuarios pueden usar la opción de crear una nueva Plantilla de Correo Electrónico y enviarla clicando en el botón “Enviar por correo electrónico” en el formulario de Transacción ej. Factura.
Nota: Mejora n. ° 119409: Configuración > Compañía > Configurar plantillas de correo electrónico del sistema: capacidad para personalizar las notificaciones de correo electrónico generadas por el sistema cuando se adjuntan transacciones a este correo electrónico.
