Nuevo en NetSuite | ¿Qué es un registro de incidencia?

Un registro de incidencia que se utiliza para documentar un producto, un problema o un defecto que debe resolverse. Se trata de un registro interno, a diferencia de un caso, que es un registro orientado al cliente.

Para habilitar el registro de incidencia, vaya a Configurar > empresa > Habilitar funciones > CRM > soporte > administración de incidencias.

Después de habilitar la función Administración de incidencias, vaya a Incidencias > Incidencias > Incidencias > Nuevo para crear una nueva incidencia.

Prerrequisitos:

La gestión de incidencias es un módulo complementario y no está disponible de forma predeterminada. Coordine con su administrador de cuentas de NetSuite para aprovisionar la función en su cuenta.
