Nuevo en NetSuite | Subpestaña Caso en Registro de problemas
Falta la subpestaña Casos al crear un registro de incidencia. De acuerdo con los ID de SuiteAnswers: 11058 y 11059, la documentación especifica que una subpestaña no será visible durante el modo de creación. Esto se alinea con el comportamiento estándar para la creación de registros de incidencias. La capacidad de adjuntar la incidencia a los registros de casos o incluir casos en los registros de incidencias solo está disponible después de que se haya creado el registro de incidencia.
