Cuando el usuario crea un nuevo registro de cliente potencial, no utiliza de forma predeterminada un formulario personalizado que el usuario haya creado. Por defecto tiene una forma diferente.
Esto está causando confusión a los usuarios porque el formulario predeterminado utilizado no tiene los campos correctos.
A continuación se detallan los pasos sobre cómo crear un formulario predeterminado para el registro de clientes potenciales.
1. Inicie sesión como administrador.
2. Navegue a Configuración > Ventas > Preferencias de ventas.
