Escenario
Es posible que encuentre un problema en el que la selección de un representante de ventas en SCIS no se refleje correctamente en el recibo generado después de completar una transacción. Es posible que haya habilitado la función Venta en equipo, que no es compatible con SCIS. Este es el comportamiento al tener habilitada y deshabilitada la función Venta en equipo:
Solución
- Si la venta en equipo está habilitada
- Si el registro del cliente tiene un representante de ventas predeterminado, el representante de ventas predeterminado siempre se usará/mostrará en la transacción en SCIS y en NetSuite ERP aunque elija un representante de ventas específico para la transacción.
