Escenario

Al ver transacciones en NetSuite ERP creadas en SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS), puede que haya ocasiones en las que no haya ningún Registro de Cliente asociado en la transacción.

Para resolver esto, debe comprobar la Configuración de Cliente por Defecto del usuario conectado a la aplicación SCIS.

Solución

1. Navegue a Personalización > Listas, Registros y Campos > Tipos de Registro
2. Registro de Configuración de Usuario de SCIS: Haga clic en Lista
3. Haga clic en el Hipervínculo Por Defecto del Cliente

Nota: Haga clic en el Cliente Por Defecto en línea con el Usuario de SCIS preferido.
