El usuario no puede ver los mismos resultados de informes que otros usuarios con el mismo rol (Administrador), a pesar de que todos los filtros disponibles están configurados para "Ver todos".
Requisitos previos:
- Preferencias de análisis
- Vaya a Inicio > Establecer preferencias
- Haga clic en la pestaña Análisis
- Sección de informes: el campo Informe por período está configurado en Solo financieros o Todos los informes
- Características de clasificación
- Navegar a Configuración > Compañía > Habilitar características
- Haga clic en la pestaña Compañía
