NetSuite muestra el error "Clave de referencia de supervisor no válida" después de importar un archivo CSV para actualizar al supervisor de los empleados
Solución
El nombre del Supervisor en el archivo CSV debe coincidir exactamente con el nombre del supervisor en el registro. Si el supervisor tiene una inicial en el registro del empleado, incluya la inicial intermedia en el nombre del supervisor en el archivo CSV.
- Preparar el archivo CSV
Nota: Asegúrese de que el supervisor esté Activo y de que los valores del campo del supervisor coincidan con los del registro del empleado.
