El usuario espera mostrar los valores verticalmente como,

Solución
1. Vaya a Documentos > Plantillas > Plantillas de correo electrónico > Nuevo
2. Haga clic en el icono DIV o Fuente
3. Ingrese <#assign x = record.fieldid?replace(" ", "<BR>")>${x}
Nota: Después de ingresar el código y salir del modo Fuente, solo se muestra "${x}", ya que la condición se asignó a la variable x.
4. Clic en Guardar
Nota: Reemplace el registro y el ID de campo con el registro real y el ID del campo (por ejemplo, cliente.custentity11). La variable "x" también se puede reemplazar con un valor deseado.
