Escenario
El cliente A tiene la siguiente configuración en la pestaña de Marketing:
Estado de suscripción global = Soft Opt-In (Inclusión soft)
Suscripción = dado de baja en todas las categorías
Cuando el cliente A es un destinatario de un correo electrónico masivo, aún recibe el correo electrónico ya que el correo electrónico masivo utiliza el estado de suscripción global en lugar de las categorías de suscripción.
Si no quieren seguir recibiendo correos electrónicos masivos, deben cambiar también el estado de suscripción global.
