Escenario
Las imágenes se pueden asignar a cada Artículo Secundario de Matriz siguiendo una determinada convención (consulte SuiteAnswers
). Sin embargo, la imagen del artículo de un artículo secundario agregado al Carrito a veces es incorrecta y el Carrito muestra la imagen predeterminada en su lugar.
Solución
Para resolver el problema, siga las instrucciones a continuación:
I. ACTUALIZAR EL ARTÍCULO DE LA MATRIZ
1. Edite un Artículo de Matriz afectado
2. Coloque el cursor sobre Acciones
3. Haga clic en "Actualizar Artículo de Matriz"
4. Debería aparecer un mensaje: "El registro no ha cambiado. ¿Realmente desea enviarlo?". Haga clic en
