Un campo personalizado con acceso de vista para un rol no se muestra cuando se ejecuta la búsqueda guardada para el rol.
Solución
Confirme la configuración del campo personalizado y agregue el campo personalizado en la búsqueda guardada mediante un rol con permisos superiores para el campo personalizado.
1. Confirmar la configuración del campo personalizado
1. Vaya a Personalización > Lista, registros y campos > Campos de CRM (o el tipo de campo que el usuario no puede ver).
2. Ver campo personalizado
3. Haga clic en Acceso
4. Rol
5. Rol: Seleccionar rol
