Escenario
Eliminar el registro de la cuenta > Error: "Este registro no se puede eliminar porque tiene registros dependientes". Sin embargo, al hacer clic en el enlace, no se muestran registros.
Solución
Para resolver el problema, el cliente puede:
1. Comprobar si existe un Plan de Ingresos o Arreglos de Ingresos relacionados navegando a Listas > Contabilidad > Planes de Reconocimiento de Ingresos 2. Verificar si existe un Elementos de Ingreso relacionados navegando a Listas > Contabilidad > Elementos de Ingreso 3. Haga clic en Ver en el registro encontrado y compruebe la cuenta configurada en el campo Cuenta de Reconocimiento y
