Escenario
El usuario quería eliminar/editar su cuadro de mando de KPI: índices/ratios financieros personalizados, pero recibió un error: los elementos que ha solicitado en el registro se han eliminado desde que recuperó el formulario.
Solución
1. Navegue a Personalización > Centro y pestañas > Tableros de puntuación de KPI
2. Seleccione Personalizar en Ratios Financieros
3. Complete el campo Propietario (Este es un campo obligatorio)
4. Vaya a la pestaña Contenido
5. Vaya a la subpestaña Períodos
6. Complete lo siguiente:
- Período = Este período
- Comparar valor con = Mismo período del último año fiscal
