Escenario
Si se ha cargado una imagen en una carpeta de imágenes inactiva, las imágenes no se mostrarán en el campo de imagen del registro del artículo. Dado que esta carpeta de imágenes está inactiva, cualquier imagen cargada en esta carpeta no aparecerá en la lista de imágenes.
Para resolver este problema, el usuario debe asegurarse de que el contenedor de carpetas del archivo de imagen que se va a cargar en un registro de artículo no esté inactivo.
Solución
Navegue a Documentos > Archivos > Archivo de gabinete
