Escenario
Las tarjetas de regalo no son reconocidas por la aplicación NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) y aparece el siguiente mensaje de error: ""GC no reconocido o prefijo inactivo. Código de error 50""
El mensaje de error aparece cuando un prefijo de tarjeta de regalo aún no ha sido creado en el ERP de NetSuite. La solución es crear un prefijo de tarjeta de regalo.
Solución
1. Inicie sesión en el ERP NetSuite como Administrador
2. Vaya a Personalización > Listas, registros y campos > Tipos de registros
